Carl S. Malloch Jr., President – Carl S. Malloch Jr., President - Carl has been involved in construction since 1984 and has experience in all aspects of construction from raw land to the finished product. Carl is currently in charge of land acquisition and development. Carl has also served on several Town boards. When asked what’s the most important ingredient to long term success, he said: "I've lived by the motto a good deal is only a good deal if all the parties involved are happy". He went on to say "I love people and have become great friends with a lot of the people we've done business with in the past".

Steven Malloch , Vice President – Steven joined his brothers and started Malloch Excavating Inc. Steven didn’t have any experience in excavation but that didn’t stop him from jumping in and learning the trade very quickly. He soon was able to run anything with a bucket or blade. From digging foundations to building roads he has done it

 

Bill Taylor , General Manager – In 1994 Bill joined Malloch Construction and took on the role of General Manager in charge of all the house construction. He was the perfect fit. Bill now spends most of his time in the office working on scheduling the subcontractors, sending out Bid Packages and managing all the guys in the field. Bill has been voted “Employee of Year” for the last 25 years. (if we actually had a vote he would win!)

 

Michael P Malloch – Michael has been a Realtor since 1988. He and his family
started Proline Realty Inc. in the early 90’s. Michael’s area of expertise is in the field of land development and Municipal approvals. “I love taking a piece of land and coming up with the best possible use for it”.

Joe Malloch, Treasurer – Joe has a background in administration, finance and accounting. He takes care of day to day financial responsibilities of all 3 companies. Joe has his Brokers License and he runs Proline Realty Inc. Joe works with our new construction clients and walks them through the building processfrom start to finish.

Sue Malloch-Taylor – Sue came to us in 1998 to run the office. She became an immediate asset with her filing and organization skills. She set up the office, brought in a new phone system and organized the accounts. Sue has her real estate license and, also works with Proline Realty Inc. listing and selling homes.

CJ Malloch –  CJ joined his father and uncles in the business in 2017. He had worked with the company, in the field, a few years back.  He soon found his niche in the office obtaining building permits, drawing plans, customizing the estimating software and updating the company social media accounts. CJ is in the process of learning all aspects of building and developing.
